SCHEDULING POLICY:

All services must be held with a credit card on file.  A deposit of $50 will be charged upon the booking of Liveable Colour and $100 deposit will be charged upon booking of Liveable Lites. This deposit will be credited towards the cost your service if the below policies are respected.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Liveable Loveable Colour has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.  Any appointments that are cancelled with less than 48-hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee, which will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and an additional charge of the remaining balance due, totaling the value of the service(s) booked.  Similarly, clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notice ("no show") will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and an additional charge of the remaining balance due, totaling the value of the service(s) booked.

Please understand that the appointment you've booked is time reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise that could force you to postpone or cancel your appointment but a 48 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel / reschedule all appointments. However, if you fail to reschedule within the cancellation period or not show up to your appointment, you forfeit the deposit and will charged the remainder and full amount of your service.

LATENESS POLICY:

To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it will be at Vida’s discretion if she can accommodate you. Please understand that lateness not only negatively impacts Vida but her other clients as well.  If we are unable to accommodate your appointment due to lateness, it will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and an additional charge of the remaining balance due, totaling the value of the service(s) booked.

ADJUSTMENTS/REFUNDS:

Services received at Liveable Loveable Colour are non-refundable, however we are more than happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment if you are not satisfied. Please contact us directly within 48 hours of your appointment date via email at vidal@liveableloveablecolour.com or via call/text at 646-450-3232 to arrange the complimentary touch-up/adjustment. If you have changed your mind or decide to do something different than originally stated/discussed, there will be a nominal charge for the correction. Please note: Using home color or going from darker to lighter tones is not an exact science and will most likely result in more than one service to achieve your desired result. If this is the case, your service provider will advise you during your consultation and your service will not be subject to our complimentary adjustment policy.
